- Securing your charter is simple. A 50% initial payment of the boat price confirms your reservation. The remaining balance, including the professional skipper's fee and base fuel, must be settled before departure.

- We offer flexible payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, or cash. All payments must be completed prior to your charter.

- Your safety and satisfaction are paramount. Charters typically run for 8 hours, between 10:00 AM and sunset.

Cancellation Policy:

- We maintain a fair cancellation policy, 50% refund for cancellations 15 days or more before departure (excluding service fees).
- Cancellations within 15 days will result in the forfeiture of the reservation payment.
- In the rare event of unsafe weather conditions, we offer the flexibility to reschedule or provide a full refund.

Good Practices on Board:

- For everyone's safety and enjoyment, we kindly request that you always follow the skipper's instructions.

- Please respect the environment by not throwing any objects into the sea.

- Jumping into the sea is strictly prohibited when the boat is in motion.

- The use of Seabobs and similar equipment is restricted to designated permitted areas.

- The charter duration is 8 hours, from 10:00 AM until sunset, with arrival back at the base port always occurring during daylight hours.

- Please refrain from disposing of paper or other objects in the toilet; any blockages due to improper use will incur charges to the client.

- Only electric shishas are permitted on board, and tips for the crew are not included.
