Flexible Booking & Payment Options:

To secure your reservation, an initial payment of 50% of the boat price is required. The remaining balance, along with the skipper fee and base fuel for a normal route (2 hours of navigation), must be settled before departure. Payments can be conveniently made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash. All payments must be completed prior to your charter.

Cancellation & Booking Policy:

We offer a fair cancellation policy. If you cancel at least 15 days before departure, you will be refunded 50% of your booking payment, excluding service fees. Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure will result in the forfeiture of the 50% reservation payment. In the event that weather conditions compromise navigation safety, we offer the flexibility to postpone your charter to another date (subject to availability) or provide a full refund, as per your preference.

RESERVATION:
- To confirm a booking, the client must make an initial payment of 50% of the boat price. The remaining balance, which includes the boat, skipper, base fuel for a standard route (2 hours of sailing), and a €500 security deposit, must be paid before departure.
- The Balance Payments can be made by bank transfer, card (service charges apply) or cash.

CANCELLATION  POLICIES:
- In case of cancellation by the customer, only a 50% refund (paid reservation) will be made up to 15 days before arrival, excluding service charges.
- If you cancel less than 15 days in advance, you will lose your reservation.
- If we consider that weather conditions may affect the safety of navigation, the charter may be postponed to another date, depending on the availability of the vessel, or the entire amount of the reservation paid may be refunded, as decided by the client.

CODE OF GOOD PRACTICES ON BOARD:
- Always follow the skipper's instructions.
- Respect for the environment; do not throw objects overboard.
- Under no circumstances should you jump into the water while the engines are running.
- The use of Seabobs and similar water toys is restricted to designated areas; use outside these zones is strictly prohibited.
- The charter duration is 8 hours, from the scheduled departure time until arrival at the port. From 10 am until sunset. The trip may be extended at the captain's discretion, subject to an agreed hourly rate.
- Return to the home port must take place during daylight hours, without exception.
- Do not throw paper or other objects into the toilet. In case of a jam, the customer will assume the cost of €150.
- The use of hookahs/shishas is permitted on board provided they are electric; charcoal hookahs are strictly prohibited.
- Tips/Gratuities are not included in the charter price, but they are greatly appreciated.
